HAPPY BIRTHDAY KHOONNIE LIANG, I LOVE YOU MANY MANY. <3

Mmm so Saturday was DFeste again with Kris my hotdate! It was damn awesome to see her again, and the plays were even more awesome the second time around. I absolutely loved MR's, totally knew they were going to win! Found out that I wasn't the only idiot watching Dfeste twice, also saw Tom and Claire watching it again so haha. The parody of all the play by the Raffles Players EXCO was also damn freaking good and the audience almost died of laughter I think. They're insanely good.

Today was not too bad considering we had to go to school early. We have 3 new additions to the class, NANA, Fiona, and Leonie! Plus Cheryl is back so YAY!!! My new timetable sucks though, I have 5 blocks of lessons straight on Fridays ): ): Plus no more common break with Khoonnie on Mondays ): No more K&K day ): Am damn sad. Anywayz there's training later, and its the start of taper week, though I highly doubt I'm going to get anything more than a 3 day taper. I'd be damn grateful if I got that much anyhow.

( I was supposed to go take a nap but I didn't really feel like wasting precious time sleeping so here I am.) Math and Geog tutorial tests this week, and Rachie's and Khoonnie's Birthdays coming up!

Thursday was o2! I must say I really had fun hanging out with bw04 :D Morning was kind of boring cos we learnt the house dance. Hmm k it was actually quite fun, but its really lame. -.- I think the BW dance is the hardest one ):

After that we headed out of school for EA! I though it'd be really boring cos it was an amazing race type of thing. I realised our ogls rock though, cos when we got to Bugis, they asked us if we wanted to continue with the race of just go hang out. (Guess which option we chose) So we just hung out at Bugis FoodJunction and played Bluff. Best games of Bluff I've ever played. Jun was so funny cos she kept trying to expose people's bluffs, and ended up getting 30 cards = more than half the deck. :D She got smarter the next few rounds though. Went back to school at about 2, where we did the batch dance and batch song. Man I suddenly felt damn sad when we were singing the batch song. Orientation ended at about 3, so bw04 went to the amphi to play games! Damn fun just sitting there bonding with my OG <3 They left to watch a movie at about 430, so I hung out with Chew Min, and went to help Hiew with Econs after finding her in the canteen. Mel came back from her OG lunch at about 5 so we sat in the canteen and talked. (I love Mel) Kevin FINALLY came at 540 so we headed to Bishan Swimming Complex to swim. Did some stroke work with him, and he had to go at 720 so I caught a ride to Bishan MRT and came home.

Friday was school as usual, but there was DramaFeste! I went home after school, then went for training. Only trained for an hour though, because DFeste started at 7. Rushed like mad but still reached school 5 mins late ): Thank goodness Mel had bought dinner for me already. Met up with Zhihe then headed to the PAC for DFeste! All the plays were good, though I liked BW's, MR's and MT's a lot. Have a feeling MR's going to win. Anina you looked really cool :D It ended about 30mins ahead of time so Mel, Zhen, Danny and I hung out in the canteen for awhile. Kevin came to join us a bit later when his OG came to the canteen, so we just sat there and talked. Jon and mom came at about 1015 so I had to leave. There was a MASSIVE traffic jam on the PIE so we ended up taking almost an hour to get home = 11pm! Was damn tired, went straight to sleep.

Aaand training this morning! Which was alright considering my fatigue level. Later's DramaFeste again with my hotdate Kris! :D Can't wait. Really don't mind watching the plays again either.

Zzz off the finish the econs tutorial, then going to crash. Zai Jianz.

Today was pretty alright. Had lessons as usual, then hung out in the canteen. That was quite fun seeing as today was Seetow's birthday, and the guys had prepared super cool stuff to celebrate it. They had this pandan chiffon cake which they iced with wasabi cream, so after we sang happy birthday, they smashed his face into it. Was damn hilarious cos he suddenly went, "OMG damn hot!". Headed to the watermelon steps after that, where they proceeded to hurl water bombs at him + taopok Paul Tern. :D

Hung out with Kevin after that, and waited for Mel to finish her chem make up (I'll pretend idk that she _____) at 2plus, then Mel, Zhihe and I headed off the j8 to catch Jumper while Kevin headed off to some sailing meeting. Jumper was pretty okay, though I have to say that I expected more from it. I don't suppose you CAN film a very long movie about a guy who teleports himself from place to place. It was kinda short too, but guess it wasn't too bad on the whole. Zhihe headed home after the movie so Mel and I walked around j8 about 2 times, then got quite bored so headed back to school to "study". (Study is in inverted commas because we never really get any done.) Met up with Kevin in the library where Mel and I hung around reading comics. HAHAHA. Even our attempts at reading comics failed cos Mel went to get some paper to fold her stars and I promptly got distracted watching Kevin trying to log into the school library network + trying to find the catalogued book + helping Mel fold stars + wasting more than 15 mins at the photocopying machines trying to copy 10+ pages of history notes. (The library srsly needs some new copy machines btw.) Realised I was running late so Mel + I headed home.

O2's tmr! I'm actually kinda excited, cos its another full day without any lessons, EA, and just hanging out! Plus bw04 has 2 new additions, so I suppose its going to be interesting.

Rest of my week's going to be good I think. O2 tmr, Dramafeste on Fri AND Sat, (Fri with Bff's, Sat with my hotdate Kristin!). SNAG's coming soon ):

I was just sitting here and I suddenly miss 410 and SSC a hell lot. It seems that 2007 broke up 2 groups of people that are really important to me.

For the 410dudes, I miss the times we'd just sit in class and stone, and then form groups and start talking crap, making jokes that only we understood, and laughing madly at our own jokes, even when everyone else was staring at us and going ???. I miss our crazy times, and how we always managed to be there for one another. We weren't the most bonded class, but we knew at the end of the day that we loved everyone else just the same.

Then there's SSC, where I spent more than half my life. The people I trained with were also the people I had grown up with, and we understood one another so well. True, we were very out of touch with the rest of the swimming world, but we were damn happy. I miss all the trainings together, the moaning about training, the constant bargaining for polo and relays, and always praying that there would be lighting so that we could hop out.. I miss the last 3 years the most, the ones where Jaan came and taught us what swimming could do for us. I think many of us were re-inspired, and the constant encouragement we gave one another really made us a team. I miss you all, because even though most of us are training at the same place now, its really not the same. Not everyone trains with us anymore, and it feels like I've lost a part of me. No more hanging out at the club for meals after training, ponning training and going to the gym instead, going to the club straight after school and going mad before training, no more going up to the swimming office to steal food.. OMG I MISS SSC ): ): ):

Idk why this post is so emo, it wasn't meant to be. I just really really missed that familiarity in my life. I suppose things now will become more familiar and I'll feel more rooted as the year goes by, but they're still different, and those times we had won't ever come back. Crap I think I sound like __ -.-

So vday! Was pretty good! Lots of flowers and lovenotes and chocolate! Got a couple of surprises cos when I went to join my OG in the morning to hand the guys their gifts, we weren't really expecting anything, but the guys had these two aluminum trays sitting there, and there were like super a lot of cupcakes inside! We had two each, and they had pink icing! :D

Aren't they adorable! And really nice too.

Khoonnie darling gave me a cupcake too! I forgot to take a photo of it ): It tasted awesome too though :D

There was also Zes' birthday celebration! We popped up behind her with her cake and presents and all and started singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY. I hope you were surprised :D

The atmosphere was super happy and I think everyone felt really loved, cos there was gift exchange and balloons and roses everywhere you looked. The guys from A03B got each of the girls one balloons each, which I think was really really nice, so thanks all of you (:

Next day was Take5. We were supposed to take part in the duathlon, but Zhen injured his butt so we had to pull out ): It was really slack without the duathlon, so we basically walked around watching people playing games and all. (I also found out something that I think is true but partially don't want to believe, thanks for telling me though Mel.) Didn't take that many pictures. Talentime was quite good, I loved the performers from the Open Category! They were all awesome and I don't think it was fair to choose any particular winner, cos they're all really talented in their own right.

Wow its CNY tmr! It really doesn't feel like it though. I don't believe we have geog homework for the weekend though! (Though I've finished it already :D:D:D)

Mel reminded me of the chicken run we saw that day, and I really couldn't stop laughing. Mel, we have to go watch Chicken Run more often! Its the best thing to laugh at in the world :D I love Mel.

K so! Swim camp was pretty fun! I loved the talk that Mel + QI + Mwong + Hiew _ I had at night after the night walk. It was so full of gossip! :D:D Man I love our batch, they're so awesome. Training at 615am the next morning was crazy though. But thanks to someone for bringing me a phone charger so I could charge my ailing phone (: (Although you did oversleep and go late for training)

The dress-up relay was hilarious! I'll post pictures soon, and you can see why guys should never wear swimming costumes D:
