one word describes akira kurosawa's "throne of blood" : DULL. okay maybe it deserves another word. draggy. yea to me, he focused too much on the trivial matters like bringing the king's body back to the castle, rather than on the more important things like the prophecies and the murder of er banquo/miki etc. on the whole completely not what i expected la. and i didn't really learn anything from it. don't think anyone did. most people ended up falling asleep/trying not to fall asleep during the movie. rarr.
