let me tell you what happens when a taxi crashes into an sbs bus (: the side of the taxi gets smashed in and the bus with its passengers is virtually untouched. highly amusing, i know, but also highly traumatic. so this is what happened on sat morning after lit remedial. we (yanhan kexin wenyu etc) were on 190 heading towards orchard mrt, when suddenly the bus just STOPPED and alot of people almost fell down. (yes i was one of them) the most amusing thing was that we didn't know what had happened, cos like the bus didn't seem to have anything wrong, but then we decided that we'd better get down, and then we realised that the taxi's door had been smashed in and it was kinda lopsided so one tire was squashed. mm quite cool la. but hope no one got hurt. :x
okay and then sunday, OPEN WATER SWIM (: quite fun yay. i learnt one thing: never swim behind the guys for the start or you get a lot of water in your mouth and have to kick doubly hard to go as fast >< ah but it was fun. apart from the fact that i got two huge mouthsful of seawater and got oil spots on my costumes ): hmm but it was a good experience. remind me never to swim in singapore seas again though. you can't even see the person swimming next to you please. o.0 oh and kenneth got stung by a jellyfish (during the warmup no less) so he had to swim the race with a hell painful sting oops. i didn't too badly considering. came in fourth. ^^
ohyes we watched dead poets' society today. the ending was realy tragic ): poor neil. yea sometimes i wonder why parents are so extreme. yeah i know its for your child's future, but then if they really don't want to do it you really cannot forceforce like that. if not they'll just commit suicide like neil did.(though of course not by shooting themselves cos we're not allowed to own guns in singapore, just like 92369426584 other things we cannot do HUH)mmm thinking about it though, i think shooting yourself through the head is the fastest way to commit suicide, except that i cannot get a gun. sad ): GO WATCH DEAD POETS' SOCIETY!
and we got er eng marks back. not very satisfied with my marks, but i guess they're okay. should average a 3.6 for eng. .-.
okay i reallyreally should SCOOT now cos i have to plan my philo esaay that i am going to flunk. i'm planning to flunk HAHAH. okay byebye then.
