Wow I'm quite happy tonight. Training was hell tiring, what with hardcore dryland and the main set being MVo2.. To add to it my ankle was hurting so I couldn't kick and my arms were like jelly towards the middle of the main set ):

What made my day however was someone bothering to drive out to mp to send me home ((: Awesome seeing you again after such a long time. I really missed you ): Plus now I have 2 new books to read so YAY.
